“Odamlar o’ynaydigan o’yinlar” by Erik Bern
One of the most well-known psychologists of the 20th century, Eric Berne, wrote the book “Odamlar o’ynaydigan o’yinlar” which has been translated into Uzbek. American psychologist and psychiatrist Eric Burn. He is renowned for being the scientist who originated the concept of transactional analysis. In the development of psychoanalytical concepts, general theories, and approaches to treating neurological and mental diseases, the author places particular emphasis on the “transactions” that underlie interpersonal relationships. A psychological paradigm called “transactional analysis” is used to describe and examine both individual and group behavior. This model includes ideas, beliefs, and techniques that help people comprehend who they are or their distinctive qualities in interactions with others.
